石棉基摩擦材料在生产、使用过程中,有大量石棉粉尘排放在大气中,直接污染环境,影响人们的身体健康。目前,国外有不少国家和生产公司对无石棉、少用石棉生产摩擦材料进行了大量的研究和应用,并指出这是今后生产石棉摩擦材料的方向。我厂于1979年开始进行少石棉基摩擦材料的研究试验,1980年正式被列为公司研究项目,年底基本结束试验研究阶段,已小批量进行装车试用。到目前为止已有近万片的制品在数千辆车次上使用,用户有北京、天津、哈尔滨、广州等十多个省市,30 Asbestos-based friction materials in the production, use, a large number of asbestos dust emissions in the atmosphere, directly pollute the environment, affecting people’s health.
