中国石化胜利油田分公司河口采油厂是一个集采油、作业、科研、油气集输、油气加工利用、运输、消防等为一体的综合性开发单位。为进一步落实我厂操作队伍技术素质建设的人才战略,在劳动工资处的正确领导和支持下,我们不断加大职工岗位考核、培训力度,使我厂职工岗位考核、培训逐步走上了正规化、正常化和制度化的管理轨道,职工素质有了进一步提高。本人参与了今年我校组织的对全厂操作队伍技术素质现状及培训情
The Hekou Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield Branch of Sinopec Corp. is a comprehensive development unit integrating oil production, operation, scientific research, oil and gas gathering, oil and gas processing and utilization, transportation, and firefighting. In order to further implement the talent strategy for building the technical quality of our plant operation team, we have continuously strengthened the assessment and training of employees under the correct leadership and support of the labor and wage department, so that the position assessment and training of our factory staff gradually embark on the normalization process. With the normalization and institutionalized management track, the quality of employees has been further improved. I participated in the status quo and training of the technical quality of the entire plant operation team organized by our university this year.
