今年1月新当选的210位中国科学院学部委员,是我国自然科学领域中的又一批佼佼者。介绍他们(实际上是以他们为代表的各个研究集体)的科研成果,可以在相当程度上了解我国若干年来在自然科学各个领域所取得的突出成就。为此目的,我刊从本期起在“成果与应用”栏目特设“新学部委员的主要科技成就”专题,约请学部委员本人写作,以使读者更确切地了解他们在科研上作出的重要贡献。因时间限制,本期刊登的只是少数在京新学部委员新写的文章。我们热诚地盼望和恳请在全国各地的新学部委员们为本刊撰稿(随稿附本人二寸照片和签名),比较通俗易懂地介绍本人在科研工作上最突出的一两个方面的成就(字数长短不拘),我们将陆续登载以飨广大读者。
The newly elected 210 academic members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in January this year are yet another group of outstanding leaders in the field of natural sciences in our country. Introducing them (in fact, the research collectives represented by them) can yield a fair degree of understanding of the outstanding achievements that our country has made in various fields of natural science over the years. To this end, we published a special column titled “Achievements & Applications” entitled “Major Scientific and Technological Achievements of New Faculty Members” from this issue. We invite academic committee members to write their own papers so that readers can understand more precisely the importance they make in scientific research contribution. Due to time constraints, the current issue is only a handful of articles written by members of the Beijing New School. We sincerely hope and urge all the new ministry members across the country to write their own articles (with photos and autographs attached to them) and to provide a more accessible introduction to one or two of the most prominent aspects of my research work Achievements (the length of words are informal), we will publish one after another to readers.
