涉外法律人才培养视野下的法律英语教学方法探讨

近年来涉外法律专业的发展对法律英语教学方法提出了新的要求。法律英语原有的以教师讲授、学生被动接受为主要特征的教学模式显然难以适应涉外法律人才培养的目标,法律英语课程必须适应涉外法律专业的新特点,对教学方法做出重大调整。本文从涉外法律专业培养目标着手,具体分析涉外法律人才应当重点培养的三项技能,并以此为基础重新建构了一整套以任务教学模式为指导的,将讲授性教学法、互动性教学法、案例教学法、模拟实践教学法等诸多教学方法优化组合并为涉外法律人才培养总体目标服务的科学合理的法律英语教学方法体系。 In recent years, the development of legal major in foreign countries has put forward new requirements on legal English teaching methods. The original teaching mode of legal English, which is mainly taught by teachers and passive acceptance by students, is obviously difficult to adapt to the goal of fostering foreign legal personnel. Legal English courses must adapt to the new characteristics of foreign legal major and make major adjustments to the teaching methods. This article starts from the goal of training legal major in foreign countries, and analyzes the three skills that foreign law professionals should focus on. Based on this, it reconstructs a set of teaching mode that is guided by the task of teaching teaching method, interactive teaching method , Case teaching method, simulated practice teaching method and many other teaching methods to optimize the combination and training of foreign legal personnel to serve the overall goal of scientific and reasonable legal English teaching method system.
