采用截留分子量为50 000的聚醚砜膜(PES-5W)对陈皮、豆蔻仁、藿香、肉桂和蛇床子五味中药含油水体进行超滤,富集挥发油。考察了操作参数和不同种类含油水体对超滤工艺的影响。以膜时通量和化学需氧量(COD)截留率为因变量,采用SPSS软件进行相关性分析和多元线性回归分析。结果显示,操作压力、含油水体的电导率对膜时通量影响较显著(P<0.01);含油水体的pH对COD截留率影响较显著(P<0.01)。
The peel, cardamom, Agastache rugosa, Cinnamon and Fructus Cnidii Chinese herbal oil-bearing water bodies were ultrafiltrated with polyethersulfone membrane (PES-5W) with molecular weight cutoff of 50,000 for the enrichment of volatile oil. The effects of operating parameters and different types of oil-bearing bodies on the ultrafiltration process were investigated. Membrane flux and chemical oxygen demand (COD) retention rates were used as dependent variables and SPSS software was used for correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis. The results showed that the operating pressure and conductivity of oil-bearing water had a significant effect on membrane flux (P <0.01). The pH of oil-bearing water had a significant effect on COD rejection (P <0.01).
