“团队文化”是一个艺术社团必不可少的精神支柱,是其发展中不容忽视的关键性力量,在理工科大学中建设舞蹈艺术社团必须要靠文化来兴团,并发挥其自身主观能动性,保持团队旺盛发展的生命力。本论文结合笔者在理工科大学从事舞蹈社团管理与教学工作的实践感受,拟从舞蹈艺术社团的社团文化建设的意义,社团文化的推行实践,以及社团文化发展创新三个主要方面,来阐述理工科大学舞蹈社团文化创立的重要所在。
“Team Culture ” is an indispensable spiritual pillar of an art society and a key force that can not be neglected in its development. It is imperative to establish a dance art society in a university of science and engineering by relying on culture to develop its own subjective Initiative, to maintain the vitality of the team vigorous development. Based on the author’s experience in the management and teaching of dance clubs in the University of Science and Technology, this thesis intends to illustrate the significance of the management of the dance clubs in the three major aspects: the significance of the community culture construction of the dance arts community, the practice of the community culture, and the innovation and development of the community culture University Dance Society culture is important.
