研究提出了一种简单的高丁烷工作容量(BWC)颗粒活性炭(GAC)的制备方法。在磷酸法制备活性炭的工艺中通过添加浓硫酸作为助催化剂,以杉木屑为原料制备了BWC高达165 g/L的产品,其表观密度为241 g/L,比表面积、总孔容、微孔孔容和平均孔径分别为2 627 m2/g、1.574 cm3/g、0.941 cm3/g和2.397 nm。正交试验结果表明较佳的工艺条件为:磷酸浓度为56%,浸渍比为1.9∶1,硫酸添加量为6%,硫酸浓度为80%,干燥固化温度为300℃,干燥固化时间为3 h,活化温度为450℃,活化时间为60 min,并且浓硫酸和活化温度是制备丁烷吸附用颗粒活性炭的重要影响因素。通过本研究可将高BWC颗粒活性炭制备时间从20~70 h缩短在5 h以内。
A simple method to prepare granular activated carbon (GAC) with high butane working capacity (BWC) was proposed. In the process of phosphoric acid preparation of activated carbon by adding concentrated sulfuric acid as a cocatalyst, fir chips as raw materials prepared BWC up to 165 g / L of the product, the apparent density of 241 g / L, specific surface area, total pore volume, micro The pore volume and the average pore size are respectively 2 627 m2 / g, 1.574 cm3 / g, 0.941 cm3 / g and 2.397 nm. Orthogonal test results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: phosphoric acid concentration 56%, impregnation ratio 1.9:1, sulfuric acid 6%, sulfuric acid concentration 80%, drying and curing temperature 300 ℃, curing time 3 h, the activation temperature is 450 ℃, the activation time is 60 min, and the concentration of sulfuric acid and activation temperature are important factors for the preparation of granular activated carbon for butane adsorption. Through this study, the preparation time of high BWC granular activated carbon can be shortened from 20 ~ 70 h within 5 h.
