介绍了一种基于Pro/E NC对行星减速器支架的数控加工自动编程方法,阐述了在Pro/E NC环境中建立制造模型,在Pro/E NC的CAM模块中设置制造参数、加工数据及刀具路径,利用Pro/E NC的虚拟加工模块VERICUT6.0进行仿真加工,利用Pro/E NC后置处理功能,生成数控加工程序,使用LEADWELL立式加工中心V40A加工制造出成品。该方法有效地提高了编程质量和效率,保证了加工精度。
An automatic NC programming method based on Pro / E NC for planetary reducer support is introduced. The manufacturing model is set up in Pro / E NC environment and the manufacturing parameters and processing data are set in the CAM module of Pro / E NC. Tool path, the use of Pro / E NC virtual processing module VERICUT6.0 simulation processing, the use of Pro / E NC post-processing function to generate CNC machining procedures, the use of LEADWELL vertical machining center V40A processing of finished products. The method effectively improves the programming quality and efficiency, and ensures the processing precision.
