激光角膜屈光手术后人工晶体屈光度的预测

目的 :探讨激光角膜屈光手术后 ,不同公式预测人工晶体屈光度的准确性。方法 :评估行LASIK手术的 12 0眼。应用经验公式SRKⅡ及理论公式SRK /T和BinkhorstⅡ公式分别计算出术前及术后矫正到正视眼所需的人工晶体屈光度 ,并应用F值计算出与原有人体晶状体屈光力等值的人工晶体屈光度 ,将手术前后计算结果应用SPSS统计软件进行统计分析。结果 :①低度近视眼手术前后不同公式计算结果无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;中高度近视眼手术后应用各公式计算的人工晶体屈光度均较术前结果偏小 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。②不同公式手术前后计算的等值人工晶体屈光度预测差 (EUKD) ,与手术实际矫正屈光度 (VRS)高度相关。结论 :中、高度近视眼激光角膜屈光手术后 ,不同公式预测人工晶体屈光度均偏小 ,应用EILD修正后 ,准确性提高。 Objective: To investigate the accuracy of different formulas in predicting intraocular lens refractive power after laser corneal refractive surgery. Methods: One hundred and twenty eyes underwent LASIK. The empirical formula SRK Ⅱ and the theoretical formula SRK / T and Binkhorst Ⅱ formulas were used to calculate the refractive power of intraocular lens needed for preoperative and postoperative correction to the emmetropia, and the F value was used to calculate the refractive power of the intraocular lens , The results before and after surgery using SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis. Results: ① The results of different formulas before and after low myopia showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). The intraocular lens refraction calculated by formulas after middle and high myopia was smaller than that before operation, with significant difference (P <0 0 1). ② The difference of predictive value of intraocular lens (IOL) estimated by different formulas before and after operation is highly correlated with actual corrected refractive power (VRS). CONCLUSION: After the laser corneal refractive surgery in middle and high myopia, the refractive index of intraocular lens is predicted to be smaller by different formulas, and the accuracy is improved after applying EILD correction.
