丽水地区是一个“九山半水半分田”的山区,也是浙江省目前最为贫困和落后的地区。社会主义市场经济体制的确立,对山区发展既是一次挑战,也是一次机遇,如何把握机遇,迎接挑战,已成为山区经济发展一项十分重要和迫切的任务。
Lishui is a mountainous area with “semi-submerged Jiuansan semi-sub-fields” and the most impoverished and backward area in Zhejiang Province. The establishment of a socialist market economic system is neither a challenge nor an opportunity for the development of mountainous areas. It has become a very important and urgent task for the economic development in the mountainous areas to grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges.
