本文报道1例乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBs-Ag)阳性的病毒性肝炎患者出现血清病样前驱症状,表现为红斑丘疹和紫癜,因此作了组织学及免疫萤光测定。患者女性,18岁,因全身不适、厌食、恶心、右上腹不适数天而入院。10天前两手掌及其背面出现搔痒皮疹,继则延及四肢。在上肢为1×1厘米的粉红色斑丘疹,压之褪色;而小腿及足则为紫癜,压之不褪色。几天后,上肢的斑丘疹变为紫癜,稍隆起。 This paper reports a case of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBs-Ag) -positive viral hepatitis in patients with serum-like prodromal symptoms, manifested as erythema and purpura, so made a histological and immunofluorescent assay. Patient Female, 18 years old, admitted to hospital due to malaise, anorexia, nausea, right upper quadrant discomfort for several days. Ten days ago, both palms and itchy rashes appeared on the back, followed by extension of limbs. In the upper limb for the 1 × 1 cm pink rash, pressure fade; and leg and foot purpura, the pressure does not fade. A few days later, the rash of the upper limbs became purpura, slightly elevated.
