我厂引进的自动冲床的模具上有多个冲头,因为磨损,经常需要更换。冲头均带有台肩,要求有很好的互换性(结构见图1)。能否保证冲头的工作部位和固定部位圆弧的同轴度及尺寸精度,直接影响模具的装配质量和寿命。若采用图2结构的夹具,在万能工具磨床或外圆磨床上进行加工,就能保证上述工件的精度要求。夹具主要由顶尖座、可调支架、定向座以及夹具体等零件组成。可调支架和定向座下面的导向槽可沿着夹具体的导向键移动,根据工件尺寸调节到一定位置后,用螺钉固紧。轴套及顶尖能够在可调支架和夹具体的导向槽上下移动。该两导向槽的中心面与夹具上的两端顶尖座的中心连线在同一平面内,偏差不大于
