大中型立式轴流泵站经常采用虹吸式出水流道,通常是通过水泵开启后高速水流的挟气逐步将出水管内积存的空气排除来实现的。但是,在利用水流挟带空气实现虹吸的过程中,管内空气处于压缩膨胀状态,水泵机组在扬程高、流量小、功率大的不稳定工况下,容易引起振动,并伴有不规则的噪音甚至巨响,使机组效率降低,寿命缩短。另外,也可利用真空泵抽真空来实现虹吸,但需增加相应的设备,管理也较麻烦。我们在大涨泾泵站的设计中创立了既不设抽真空设备又能消除机组振动的新方法,即泵站自排式虹吸装
