广东省南澳大桥地处汕头市莱芜旅游区,横跨后江海峡9km宽的海域,其中主桥位于航道中心,采用双塔三跨126m+238m+126m的预应力混凝土矮塔斜拉桥结构,施工过程中受到台风干扰,航道通航等影响、部分分项工程施工难度达到国内之最。施工技术团队迎难而上,积极应对,自主研发应用并总结形成了包括跨海测量、外海复杂地质情况下超长大直径钻孔灌注桩施工、挂篮悬浇、边跨一次性浇筑合龙等一系列跨海矮塔斜拉桥施工关键技术,部分创新施工方法为国内首次采用,并获得国家知识产权局专利授权。
Nan’ao Bridge in Guangdong Province is located in the tourist area of Laiwu in Shantou and covers a 9km wide area across the Houjiang Strait. The main bridge is located at the center of the waterway. The structure uses a double-tower three-span 126m + 238m + 126m prestressed concrete tower suspension cable- During the construction, it was affected by the typhoon disturbance and channel navigation, and the construction difficulty of some sub-projects reached the highest in China. The construction technical team met difficulties and actively responded to the independent research and development and application, and concluded the formation of over-large-diameter bored cast-in-place piles including cross-sea surveying and offshore complex geology, hanging basket hanging and side-crossing one-time pouring and closing A series of key technologies for construction of a wide cross-over tower cable-stayed bridge are introduced. Some innovative construction methods are adopted for the first time in China and obtained the patent authorization from the State Intellectual Property Office.
