目的通过对30例婴儿良性癫痫的临床观察及12～27个月的随访,进一步探讨婴儿良性癫痫的诊断方法及疗程。方法对洛阳市妇女儿童医疗保健中心2006-07-2007-10神经专科门诊及病房就诊的婴儿良性癫痫患儿30例的临床资料进行分析和随访观察。结果经12～27个月随访,所有患儿临床发作于起病8个月内停止,发作停止均达12个月以上。结论应注意总结婴儿良性癫痫的临床特点,因其病程短、预后佳,可考虑缩短疗程。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of benign epilepsy in infants by clinical observation of 30 cases of benign epilepsy and follow-up of 12 to 27 months. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of infantile benign epilepsy in neurological outpatient department and ward visiting from July 2006 to July 2007 were analyzed and followed up. Results All patients were followed up for 12 to 27 months. All patients were stopped within 8 months of onset and their seizures stopped for more than 12 months. Conclusions Should pay attention to summarize the clinical features of benign infantile epilepsy, because of its short duration, good prognosis, may consider shortening the course of treatment.
