1.前言环形谐振器式光纤陀螺目前尚处研究阶段。它的主要特征是利用光纤环形谐振器谐振特性的变化来检测旋转角速度,灵敏度高,所用光纤长度仅数m,理论检测极限可达10~(-6)rad/s。所以,在实现惯导元件小型化方面很有竞争力。本文从该陀螺的主要组件光纤环形谐振器的原理谈起,较详细地介绍了环形谐振器式光纤陀螺的结构、工作原理及其优点与可能的检测灵敏度。
1. Introduction Ring resonator fiber optic gyroscope is still at the research stage. Its main feature is the use of fiber ring resonator resonant characteristics to detect changes in the rotational angular velocity, high sensitivity, the use of optical fiber length of only a few m, the theoretical detection limit of up to 10 ~ (-6) rad / s. Therefore, it is very competitive in achieving the miniaturization of inertial navigation components. In this paper, the principle of fiber optic ring resonator, the main component of the gyroscope, is introduced. The structure, working principle, advantages and possible detection sensitivities of ring resonator fiber optic gyroscope are introduced in detail.
