硅灰配制低水泥用量高强混凝土的试验研究

本文对比研究了硅灰掺量、水泥用量对高强混凝土工作性能、力学性能和自收缩的影响规律;同时,研究了不同水胶比对硅灰配制低水泥用量高强混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:胶凝材料用量600kg/m~3、硅灰掺量40kg/m~3、水泥用量在330~150kg/m~3之间时,均可配制出56d抗压强度≥75MPa的高强混凝土:硅灰配制高强混凝土时,水泥用量由330kg/m~3降至150kg/m~3时,可降低高强混凝土12d自收缩值约万分之4;水泥用量150kg/m~3,水胶比在0.20~0.25之间变化时,高强混凝土56d抗压强度降低值≤10MPa。 In this paper, the effect of different cementing ratios on the compressive strength of silica-cement formulated high-strength concrete with low cement content was studied. The effects of different cement-cement ratios on the workability, mechanical properties and self-shrinkage of high-strength concrete were studied. The results show that when the amount of cementitious material is 600kg / m ~ 3, the content of silica fume is 40kg / m ~ 3 and the amount of cement is between 330 ~ 150kg / m ~ 3, the 56d compressive strength ≥75MPa high strength concrete : When silica fume is used to prepare high-strength concrete, the self-shrinking value of high-strength concrete can be reduced to about 4% of the self-shrinking value 12 days after the amount of cement is reduced from 330kg / m 3 to 150kg / m 3; 0.20 ~ 0.25 between changes, the compressive strength of high-strength concrete 56d to reduce the value of ≤ 10MPa.
