用相转变-微波法制备了均分散α-Fe2O3胶体粒子。实验表明,采用微波辐照并加入CFAB表面活性剂,可在较短时间内,制备出均分散的α-Fe2O3胶体粒子。所得粒子呈均分散的假立方体,比常法制得的粒子小,产率高。讨论了微波辐照和不同的表面活性剂对粒子形状的影响,得出CTAB阳离子表面活性剂有利于均分散α-Fe2O3假立方体的形成。用时间分辨TIM和FTIR对粒子的形成过程进行了研究,认为在粒子成长过程中相转变是关键步骤。
The α-Fe2O3 colloidal particles were prepared by phase transition-microwave method. Experiments show that microwave irradiation and adding CFAB surfactant, in a relatively short period of time, prepared uniform dispersed α-Fe2O3 colloidal particles. The resulting particles were evenly distributed pseudo-cubes, particles smaller than the conventional method, high yield. The effects of microwave irradiation and different surfactants on the particle shape were discussed. It was concluded that the CTAB cationic surfactant contributed to the formation of homogeneously dispersed α-Fe2O3 pseudocubes. Time-resolved TIM and FTIR were used to study the formation process of particles. It is considered that the phase transition is the key step in particle growth.
