政府采购在我国是一项新生事物,当前,我国政府采购已经开始进入规范有序、稳定增长的新发展阶段。作为我国政府采购工作的一个重要组成部分,公务车采购受到了各方关注。近年来,汽车已成为我国政府采购中定单最大、增长最快的采购项目。2006年中国公务车政府采购顾达到了700亿,仅安徽省就有5.4亿的采购规模,较2005年增加了12.5%,可见政府采购市场已成为国内最大、最集中的公共消费市场。在外国品牌陆续进入、自主品牌迅速成长,汽车行业竞争日益激烈的今天,政府采购市场这块“大蛋糕”吸引着众多汽车厂商的眼球。并在一时间成为社会各界关注的焦点。为此,本刊记者就政府采购方面的相关问题采访了安徽省财政厅政府采购处处长孙学鹏和采购中心主任姜毅。
