广州市高职院校课余体育训练现状调查研究

课余体育训练作为学校体育的重要组成部分,对于增强学生体质、提高学生运动水平、促进学生全面发展具有重要的意义。为了深入了解广州地区的高职院校课余体育的开展情况,本文采用了文献资料法、调查法、访谈法、数据统计法和逻辑分析法对广州地区11所高职院校课余体育训练的现状进行调查研究。研究表明,广州市高职院校开设课余体育训练项目布局不合理,各校建立项目发展不平衡;训练时间不足,训练次数少,一般在赛前三个月才组队训练;训练经费短缺,训练经费来源单一,主要靠学校行政拨款;不同程度地存在场地、器材不能满足教学训练的需要,使得训练时间和训练质量无法得到保证,影响训练积极性和竞技运动水平提高。
