茶小卷叶蛾(Adoxophyes Orana FisherVon Roslerstamm) 属鳞翅目卷叶蛾科,国内各地均有分布,为害茶、油茶、苹果、梨等经济植物.在我省江南丘陵茶区每年发生4~5代,危害较为严重.幼虫吐丝卷结嫩叶成苞,直接影响茶叶产量和品质,是茶叶生产上的主要害虫之一.多年来,由于偏重化学农药防治,用药次数频繁,用药量增大,害虫抗药性增强,伤害自然天敌,为害日益猖獗,而且茶叶农药残留量偏高,影响对外贸易.因此,急需加强生物防治措施的研究. 1979年9月,在国营敬亭山茶场生防站茶园及室内饲养中发现茶小卷叶蛾自然罹病死亡.我们采集虫尸经分离提纯、进行感染试验、电镜观察确定为茶小卷叶蛾颗粒体病毒.研究结果证明,茶小卷叶蛾颗粒体病毒对低龄幼虫感染效果可达90%以上,田间防治试验效果可达80%左右.寄主专一性很强,对桑蚕等其他昆虫未见有致病性,因而将有可能作为茶小卷叶蛾害虫的一种有效的微生物杀虫剂.
