唾液是口腔微生态的重要组成部分 ,对维护口腔生态平衡起着重要的调节作用。一方面是口腔微生物生长繁殖的天然培养基 ,另一方面又具有一定的抗龋作用 ,如唾液的缓冲作用、抗菌作用、清洁作用等。最近许多研究表明 ,遗传因素所引起的唾液有机组成不同可能导致口腔微生物在牙面的定植不同 ,唾液对微生物的清除作用有差异。因此 ,在评价唾液对龋病的作用时应考虑遗传因素对龋敏感性的影响 ,考虑唾液中的有机组成对龋病的影响 ,本文拟从遗传生物学的角度探讨宿主的龋病敏感性
Saliva is an important part of oral microecology and plays an important regulatory role in maintaining oral ecological balance. On the one hand, oral microorganism growth and reproduction of natural medium, on the other hand it has a certain anti-caries effects, such as saliva buffer effect, antibacterial effect, cleansing effect. Recently, many studies have shown that genetic factors caused by different saliva organic composition may result in different colonization of oral microorganisms in the saliva, saliva on the role of the removal of microorganisms are different. Therefore, in assessing the saliva on the role of caries should consider the impact of genetic factors on caries sensitivity, taking into account saliva organic composition of the caries, this paper intends to explore the host from the perspective of genetic biology caries susceptibility
