目的 对正常人红细胞CR1密度相关基因组多态性与血细胞免疫活性相关的意义进行探讨。方法 采用CR1基因PCR PFLP方法和红细胞或淋巴细胞粘附肿瘤细胞的方法以及混合淋巴细胞培养3H TdR法测定红细胞CR1密度相关基因组多态性和血细胞的天然免疫和特异免疫活性。结果 发现红细胞CR1基因组HH型正常人 (32例 ) ,血细胞天然免疫活性都比HLA型 (1 7例 )或LL型 (1例 )天然免疫活性高。在供者中红细胞CR1基因HH型混淋刺激指数明显高于HL型或LL型。结论 红细胞CR1密度相关基因组多态性与血细胞免疫活性之间相关性在外周血干细胞移植治疗中的临床应用价值 ,值得深入研究
Objective To investigate the significance of the CR1 density-related genomic polymorphism of erythrocytes and the immunologic activity of blood cells in normal people. Methods The polymorphisms of CR1 density-related genes in erythrocytes and the innate and specific immune activities of blood cells were determined by the method of PCR-PFLP of CR1 gene and the adhesion of erythrocytes or lymphocytes to tumor cells and mixed lymphocyte culture by 3H TdR method. The results showed that erythrocyte CR1 genotype HH normal (32 cases), the natural immune activity of blood cells than the HLA type (17) or LL type (1) natural immune activity. In donors, the HH-type mixed stimulus index of erythrocyte CR1 gene was significantly higher than that of HL type or LL type. Conclusion The clinical significance of the correlation between erythrocyte CR1 density-related genomic polymorphisms and hematocellular immune activity in peripheral blood stem cell transplantation is worth further study
