2001年以来,全省上下强力推进“二次创业、富民强省”的经济发展战略,宏观经济运行继续承接年初以来的稳定回升态势,实现国内生产总值(以下简称 GDP)3561.0亿元,按可比价格计算,同比增长9.3%,为近四年的最高增幅,三次产业增幅分别为8.0%、9.8%、8.8%。全省各市、地经济发展呈现如下基本特征:1.区域经济稳中有升,三大地带各领风骚。三大带地 GDP 增幅依旧保持从东部向北部依次递减的发展态势,东部地带(佳木斯市、牡丹江市、鸡西市、鹤岗市、双鸭山市、七台河市)GDP 增速仍引领全省之先,佳木斯市增幅(12.7%)一直稳居全省榜首,牡丹江市、鸡西市增速也超出全省平均水平;西部地带(哈尔滨市、大庆市、齐齐哈尔市、绥化市)囊括了全省 GDP 规模超过千亿元的两大市、地,总量占据全省的74.8%;北部地带(大兴安岭地区、黑河市、伊春市)增幅与上季相比提升速度尤为显著。2.特色农业唱响主旋,二三产业良性互动。从
