中职学前教育专业的学生今后的服务对象是3~6岁处于发展关键期的幼儿,他们的职业道德素养直接影响幼儿的身心成长,中职德育教师必须在校期间将其职业道德培养到一个较高水平。依据《职业道德与法律》教材中“职业道德”的教学内容,结合中职学前教育专业的特点,阐述了如何在教学活动中对学生进行幼儿教师职业道德的培养。
Secondary vocational students pre-service students in the future service targets are 3 to 6-year-old children in the critical period of development, their professional ethics directly affect the physical and mental growth of young children, secondary vocational moral education teachers must be during the training of their professional ethics to a Higher level. According to the teaching content of “professional ethics” in the textbooks of “professional ethics and law”, combining with the characteristics of preschool education in secondary vocational schools, this paper expounds how to train the students in kindergarten teachers’ professional ethics in teaching activities.
