目的:建立清热化湿养阴颗粒中芥子碱硫氰酸盐的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Phenomenex C18(4.60mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.08mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(18∶85);检测波长:326nm;进样量:20μl;流速:1.0ml/min;柱温30℃。结果:回归方程线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1568554.52X-2454.05,r=0.9998,n=6,线性范围为0.3976-1.988μg,加样回收率为99.0%,其RSD为2.02%。结论:本方法结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of sinapine thiocyanate in Qingre Huoshen Yangyin Granules. Method: Column: Phenomenex C18 (4.60mm×250mm, 5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.08mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (18∶85); detection wavelength: 326nm; injection volume: 20μl; flow rate: 1.0 Ml/min; column temperature 30°C. Results: The regression equation had a good linear relationship, the regression equation was Y=1568554.52X-2454.05, r=0.9998, n=6, the linear range was 0.3976-1.988μg, the recovery rate was 99.0%, and the RSD was 2.02%. Conclusion: The method is accurate, reproducible, and can be used as a method for determining the content of the preparation.
