[目的 ] 研究毒鼠强快速化学定性、定量检测方法。 [方法 ] 采用苯、或丙酮提取样品中的毒鼠强 ,以硫酸变色酸或盐酸苯肼法定性 ,硫酸变色酸法定量。 [结果 ] 检测下限达 0 .5 μg/ 5 .0 ml,线性范围为 0 .5~ 10 μg/5 .0 ml,相关系数 r=0 .9994,相对标准偏差 RSD为 1.0~ 4.9% ,常见阴阳离子不干扰 ,回收率达 95 %以上。 [结论 ] 该法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高 ,经济、实用性强 ,是一种较为理想的毒鼠强检测方法
[Objective] To study the method of qualitative and quantitative determination of tetramine in rats. [Method] The tetramine in samples was extracted by benzene or acetone, and qualitatively determined by sulfuric acid chromogenic acid or phenylhydrazine hydrochloride and sulfuric acid chromotropic acid method. [Results] The detection limit was 0.5 μg / 5 .0 ml, the linear range was 0.5-10 μg / 5.0 ml, the correlation coefficient was 0.9994, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.0-4.9% Yin and Yang ions do not interfere, the recovery rate of more than 95%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, accurate, sensitive, economical and practical, and it is an ideal tetramine detection method
