孩子是国家未来的建设者,将来实现中国梦的主力军。要培养能够适应时代要求的人才,就必须从孩子抓起,要教育好孩子,就必须要有好老师,因此作为启蒙教育的幼儿教师的素质至关重要。幼儿教师的素质可分为两个方面:一是专业素质,如教师的职业意识、专业思想、专业知识、技能等;二是教师个人品德方面的修养,如性格、言语谈吐、行为举止、生活习惯、仪表服饰等,对于教师个体来讲,这两者是相互交融的,它们呈现为一个自然统一、完整的整体。一、提高品德修养(1)幼儿教师应具备健康的心理品质,始终保持愉快积极的情绪,从而才能培养幼儿良好的情感,使幼儿心理品质健康发展。(2)幼儿教师应有良好的行为举止规范。教师是人类灵魂的
