大众化餐饮市场需求强劲,正成为餐饮市场的绝对主体。2014年出台的《商务部关于加快发展大众化餐饮的指导意见》指出,力争用5年左右的时间,健全大众化餐饮服务体系,使大众化餐饮占全国餐饮市场的比重由现在的80%提高至85%以上。而大众化餐饮服务体系中,社区餐饮是重要的组成部分,是适应当前经济发展水平、生活习惯变化和优化城市资源配置的重要业态。
Popular catering market demand is strong, is becoming the absolute subject of the catering market.
