基于AHP方法创新供应链关系信任水平评估模型。该模型总目标层为供应链关系信任水平,准则层为有利于快速形成、有利于信息共享、有利于地位平等,方案层为企业信誉、企业实力、企业文化、机会主义、合作历史、地理位置。结果表明:准则层中有利于快速形成的权重最大,层次总排序权重前三位方案分别是合作历史、企业实力、企业信誉。所以,供应链应当加快提高关系信任水平,企业也需要增加彼此合作机会、加快提升自身实力和信誉度。该模型比较准确地反映了供应链关系信任的实际状况,模型的权重赋值对于指导企业提高关系信任水平提供了重要的理论参考。
Innovating Supply Chain Relationship Trust Level Evaluation Model Based on. The objective level of the model is the level of trust in the supply chain relationship. The results show that the first three schemes which are conducive to rapid formation in the guidelines layer are the cooperation history, the strength of enterprises and the credibility of enterprises. Therefore, the supply chain should speed up the improvement of the level of trust in the relationship. Enterprises also need to increase their opportunities for cooperation and speed up their strength and credibility. The model reflects the actual situation of supply chain trust more accurately, and the weight assignment of the model provides an important theoretical reference for guiding enterprises to improve the trust level of relationship.
