学校可以通过对科研成果的认定和评审来激励广大教师从事教育科研的积极性。所以,学校应该重视对教育科研的评价。从目标上看,学校教育科研评价是为了促进学校教师与学生的发展,解决制约学校和谐发展的问题而进行的校本管理行为;从内容上看,学校教育科研评价突出团队发展的力量和团队成员共同取得的成效;从方式上看,校本科研评价应该多样化,学校应把科研先进的评选纳入到师资队伍建设的长远规划中,实现分层次评价的目标。
Schools can be motivated by the recognition and evaluation of scientific research to encourage teachers to engage in education and scientific research.
