民生经济,就是把保障和改善全社会公民的生存发展条件作为主线,贯穿于生产、分配、消费、积累等经济运行全过程,紧紧围绕民生需求发展的各类产业。目前,我省正处于转变经济发展方式、实现富民强省新跨越的关键时期。发展民生经济,既能打造新的经济增长点、促进经济转型和可持续发展,又能推动经济社会协调并进,最大限度地保障和改善民生,符合我省战略发展规划和现阶段广大人民群众的需求,是今后一个时期发展方式转变的重要战略选择。
