混凝土受压而更坚,钢筋受拉而增强.这两个相反性质所组成的材料比普通钢筋混凝土更为牢固,也比单独用钢材更为经济. 本文作者福建闽侯人,年46岁,唐山交通大学毕业,后留学外国,归国后服务交通界14年.国际学术文献所称T.Y.Lin,即此人,林氏现任加里福尼亚大学建筑工程教授,在洛杉矶又自设建筑公司,名T.Y.Lin & Associates.前年旧金山所举行的国际预应力混凝土会议,林氏被举为大会主席.去年美国建筑工程师组织访苏考察预应力混凝土工程代表团,林氏担任团长,前往苏联参观,最近返回,林氏著有Design of Prestressed Concrete一书,风行各国,人民铁道出版社刊有葛守善氏译本,名曰:《预应力混凝土结构物设计》,1968年北京出版.本篇原系英文,乃一般性报道,约略介绍各国此项工程的情况,本刊认为内容简明扼要,特请上海民用建院胡鸣时和周松龄两位工程师译成图文发表.我国目前对预应力混凝土设计的研究极为踊跃,并早有这一类的建筑工程出现于我国基本建设中了. ——编者志 The concrete is under pressure and firmer, and the steel bar is strengthened by pulling. These two opposite properties make the material stronger than ordinary reinforced concrete and are also more economical than steel alone. The author of this article is Minhou, Fujian, 46 years old. After graduating from Tangshan Jiaotong University, he studied abroad. After returning home, he served the transportation industry for 14 years. TYLin, known as the international academic literature, is currently a professor of architectural engineering at the University of California, and has built a construction company in Los Angeles. TYLin & Associates. In the international prestressed concrete conference held in San Francisco in the previous year, Lin was promoted to the chairman of the conference. Last year, the United States Construction Engineers organized a visit to the Soviet Union to inspect the prestressed concrete engineering delegation. Lin Shi served as head of delegation and went to visit the Soviet Union. Recently returned, Lin has a book entitled Design of Prestressed Concrete. Popular in every country, the People’s Railway Publishing House publishes a translation of Ge Shoushan’s translation, the name: “Prestressed concrete structure design”, published in Beijing in 1968. This part is originally in English, It is a general report that gives a brief introduction to the state of this project. The journal considers the content to be concise. Specially invites Shanghai civil institutes Hu Mingshi and Zhou Songling to translate the two texts. At present, the country’s research on prestressed concrete design is extremely enthusiastic, and this kind of construction project has long appeared in China’s capital construction.
