通过冷等静压成型空气气氛下无压烧结把 L i Ta O3压电陶瓷颗粒作为增韧相引入 Al2 O3结构陶瓷 ,结果发现 ,L i Ta O3与 Al2 O3在 130 0℃烧结后能稳定共存 ,L i Ta O3颗粒弥散均匀分布 ;L i Ta O3的加入改善了 Al2 O3陶瓷的烧结性能 ;L i Ta O3颗粒含量适中的 Al2 O3基陶瓷复合材料的力学性能显著提高。
L i Ta O3 piezoelectric ceramic particles were introduced as toughening phase into Al2 O3 structural ceramics through pressureless sintering in a cold isostatic compaction air atmosphere. It was found that L i Ta O3 and Al 2 O3 coexisted stably after sintering at 130 0 ℃ , L i Ta O3 particles dispersed evenly distributed; L i Ta O3 added to improve the sintering properties of Al 2 O 3 ceramics; L i Ta O 3 particles moderate content of Al 2 O 3 -based ceramic composites mechanical properties significantly increased.
