本文基于圣维南原理、黄熙龄沉降控制理论、高层建筑、裙房基础与地基共同作用、弹性地基板沉降差的结构分析等理论,研究分析了高层建筑与裙房沉降差在可控制值内采用无沉降缝设计问题,以及高层建筑与裙房沉降差超过控制值并设后浇带时,在可控制值内提前浇注后浇带问题。在研究过程中实测了二十多幢高层建筑与裙房的沉降差,并将研究成果应用于工程实际中,对全国总工会大楼与裙房间采用无沉降缝设计,对北京万达广场主楼与裙房提前浇注混凝土,取得了良好的社会效益与经济效益。
Based on the theories of Shengweinan principle, Huang Xiling’s settlement control theory, high-rise building, podium foundation and foundation interaction, and the structural analysis of poor settlement of elastic foundation, the paper analyzes and analyzes the difference of settlement between high-rise building and podium within the controllable value No settlement joint design problems, as well as the difference between high-rise buildings and podium settlement difference exceeds the control value and set after pouring belt, pouring in the controllable value of the post-pouring problem. In the course of the study, the settlement difference of more than 20 high-rise buildings and podiums was measured and the research results were applied to the engineering practice. The design of the free-fall seam was adopted for the National Federation of Trade Union buildings and podium rooms. The main building and skirts of Beijing Wanda Plaza Room pouring concrete ahead of schedule and achieved good social and economic benefits.
