滇橄榄为大戟科叶下珠属植物,其果Vc含量丰富。曾用碘量法测定滇橄榄浸膏粉中的Vc含量,由于浸膏颜色的干扰,致滴定终点不明显。改用电位滴定法测定,完全排除了浸膏颜色的干扰,测定结果满意。一、方法精密称取滇橄榄浸膏粉约0.5g,置干300ml烧杯内,加入新沸的蒸馏水100ml使之溶解。再加入稀醋酸液10ml,将烧杯放到磁力搅拌器上,特电极插入液面下。在不停搅拌下,用0.01mol/L碘液进行滴定,并依次记录下消耗的体积
Wolfberry olives belong to the genus Polygonaceae of the family Euphorbiaceae, and their fruit Vc content is abundant. The iodometric method was used to determine the content of Vc in earthworm extract powder. Due to the interference of the color of the extract, the titration end point was not obvious. The potentiometric titration method was used instead to completely eliminate the color interference of the extract, and the measurement result was satisfactory. First, the method accurately weighed about 0.5g of olive extract powder, placed in a 300ml beaker, add fresh boiling distilled water 100ml to dissolve. Then, 10 ml of dilute acetic acid solution was added, the beaker was placed on a magnetic stirrer, and the special electrode was inserted under the liquid surface.
