目的 探讨E -cadherin基因表达在乳腺癌侵袭和转移中的作用。方法 采用原位杂交技术检测 30例正常乳腺组织和 4 8例乳腺癌原发肿瘤及其淋巴结转移灶中E -cad herinmRNA表达情况。结果 乳腺癌原发肿瘤组织和淋巴结转移灶中 ,E -cadherinmRNA阴性表达率 (分别为31.3% ,4 6 .7% )与正常乳腺组织之间的差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 0 1)。E -cadherinmRNA表达强度在乳腺癌Ⅰ~Ⅲ级之间及有无淋巴结转移的原发肿瘤之间具有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 肿瘤抑制基因E -cadherin是一种有价值的反映乳腺癌恶性程度和预测淋巴结转移的指标
Objective To investigate the role of E-cadherin gene in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of E-cadherin mRNA in 30 cases of normal breast tissue and 48 cases of primary breast cancer and its lymph node metastasis was detected by in situ hybridization. Results The difference between E-cadherin mRNA negative expression rate (31.3%, 46.7%) and normal breast tissue was significant (P <0.01) in primary breast cancer tissues and lymph node metastases . E-cadherin mRNA expression levels in breast cancer grade Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ with and without lymph node metastasis of primary tumor was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusions E-cadherin, a tumor suppressor gene, is a valuable indicator of malignancy and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer
