我国电力工业取得了很大的进步 ,但仍然不能满足国民经济发展和人民生活水平提高的需要 ,供需矛盾依然存在。解决这种矛盾 ,一方面要加大电力投入 ,另一方面要开发利用已有电力资源 ,特别是夜间的剩余电力。冰蓄冷系统就是在晚间电力谷荷阶段 ,利用电动制冰机把水制成冰 ,把冷量蓄存在冰中 ,到白天用电高峰期 ,让冰融化释放冷量 ,以满足建筑物空调或生产工艺的需要 ,从而起到移峰填谷、平衡电网负荷的作用。文中详细地描述了冰蓄冷系统的分类、冰蓄冷系统的应用条件 ,介绍了冰蓄冷系统的设计方法 ,并给出了设计实例 ,可供有关设计人员参考
China’s power industry has made great strides, but it still can not meet the needs of improving the national economy and raising the living standard of the people. The contradiction between supply and demand still exists. To solve this kind of contradiction, we must increase investment in electricity on the one hand, and on the other hand, we must develop and utilize the existing power resources, especially the surplus power at night. Ice storage system is in the evening electric valley stage, the use of electric ice machine made of ice, the cold stored in the ice to the peak during the day to let the ice melt and release the cold to meet the building air conditioning or Production process needs, which play a shift peak valley, the role of balance grid load. This paper describes in detail the classification of ice storage system, the application conditions of ice storage system, introduces the design method of ice storage system, and gives the design examples for reference to the designer
