研究粗叶悬钩子化学成分。方法 :用色谱法和光谱解析方法对粗叶悬钩子叶的化学成分进行分离和结构测定。结果 :共得到 6个化合物 :粗叶悬钩子甙 (alcesefoliside ,1) ,金丝桃甙 (hyperoside ,2 ) ,3 氧化 6 羟基 紫罗兰醇 (vomifoliol ,3) ,β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterol ,4) ,胡萝卜甙 (daucosterol ,5 ) ,碳三十二醇 (dotriacontylalcohol ,6 )。 结论 :化合物 1为新化合物 ,其余化合物均首次从该植物中获得。
Study the chemical composition of crude leaf Rubus. Methods : The chemical constituents of the cotyledons of the crude leaves were separated and analyzed by chromatography and spectroscopic analysis. RESULTS: A total of six compounds were obtained: alcesefoliside (1), hyperoside (2), 3 oxo-oloxyl (3), β sitosterol (4) Carrot carp (daucosterol, 5), carbon triethanolamine (dotriacontylalcohol, 6). Conclusion : Compound 1 is a new compound. The rest of the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
