我以小组合作学习为主要手段,在学生的自主、合作、探究中,探索了用待定系数法求二次函数解析式的几种方法,学生兴趣很浓,效率很高。现在谈谈在实际操作中的几点体会。1.合理分配学习小组。我根据学生课上、课下的学习表现和自我约束能力等方面,先将本班三十人分成ABCDEF六个层面,每个层面均有五人,老师指定A层面的五位同学为组长,再由组长从同学的友情、有利于合作探究、互助学习、共同进步等方面出发,去BCDEF五个层面各选一名同学,来组建由六人构成的学习小组,明确每个组员的职责。这样
