劳动组织优化是电力企业人力资源管理中的核心内容,恰当的劳动组织可显著提高企业竞争力与优化企业经济效益。当前,随着市场经济的发展,电力企业作为我国主要的能源供给企业,面临巨大压力,因此只有最大限度优化其劳动组织,才能切实提高企业的人力资源利用率及生产效率,确保企业占据优势竞争地位。笔者将从组织机构、人员配置和配套改革等方面详细探究优化电力企业生产发展中劳动组织的策略。
Labor organization optimization is the core content of human resources management in power enterprises. Appropriate labor organization can significantly improve the competitiveness of enterprises and optimize the economic benefits of enterprises. At present, with the development of market economy, electric power enterprises are under great pressure as the major energy supply enterprises in our country. Therefore, only by optimizing their labor organizations can we effectively improve the human resource utilization rate and production efficiency and ensure that enterprises occupy the competitive advantage status. The author will explore in detail the strategies for optimizing the labor organization in the development and production of electric power enterprises in terms of organizational structure, staffing and supporting reforms.
