高校体育教学的教学目标不仅仅在于培养学生的体育能力,还要培养学生的体育意识和健康向上的精神面貌,从而成为身心健康的高素质型人才。而以往的高校体育教学对于学生身心健康全面培养等方面的培养情况略显不够,因此急需对当前高校体育的传统教学模式进行改革。积极心理学理念的引导方向主要包括意识情感、勇气精神以及创造思维等多种人格品质,因此将积极心理学理念带入高校体育教学中,可以通过对学生自身主观的引导带动,最大化地开发学生的体育潜能,以及积极向上的情感和团队协作精神,对学生健全心理的建立以及今后在社会中更好地发展,起到积极的推动促进作用。
The teaching goal of physical education in colleges and universities is not only to cultivate students ’sports ability, but also to cultivate the students’ sports awareness and health-oriented mental outlook so as to become a high-quality and talented person with good physical and mental health.
