一、修订背景(1)为了适应我国全面采用国际标准的情况,规程指标与国际标准、国际法制计量组织标准相一致:(2)理顺在日常检定过程中采用规程种类的问题。而JJG113-2003《标准金属洛氏硬度块检定规程》(以下简称“旧规程”)因为历史原因造成其指标与国际标准不一致,以及在规程的采用上不符合国内习惯,已不能适应当前需要。因此,国家对旧规程进行了修订。修订后的JJG113-2013《标准金属洛氏硬度块检定规程》(以下简称“新规程”)已于2014年4月25日实施。 First, the revised background (1) In order to adapt to the full use of international standards in our country, the rules and indicators and international standards, standards of international legal metrology organizations are consistent: (2) Straighten out the routine verification process using the types of procedures.
