目的:观察子宫肌瘤中TSP-1、IGF-Ⅱ蛋白的表达情况,以探讨TSP-1、IGF-Ⅱ蛋白表达在子宫肌瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组化SP法分别检测子宫肌瘤组织以及邻近子宫肌瘤的正常平滑肌组织中TSP-1、IGF-Ⅱ蛋白表达的情况。结果:①TSP-1在子宫肌瘤组织和正常平滑肌组织中都有表达,但子宫肌瘤组织中TSP-1表达量明显低于正常子宫肌层组织,差异有统计学意义(t=24.44,P<0.05);②IGF-Ⅱ在子宫肌瘤组织和正常子宫肌层组织都有表达,但子宫肌瘤组织中IGF-Ⅱ表达明显高于正常子宫肌层组织,差异有统计学意义(t=33.46,P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤的发展途径可能与TSP-1表达的下调和IGF-Ⅱ表达的上调促进肿瘤新生血管的形成,促进细胞的分裂增殖有关。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of TSP-1 and IGF-Ⅱ in uterine leiomyoma in order to investigate the role of TSP-1 and IGF-Ⅱ in the occurrence and development of uterine fibroids. Methods: The expression of TSP-1 and IGF-Ⅱ in normal uterine fibroids and normal uterine fibroids was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: ①TSP-1 was expressed in both uterine myoma and normal smooth muscle tissues, but the expression of TSP-1 in uterine myoma was significantly lower than that in normal myometrium (t = 24.44, P <0.05). ②IGF-Ⅱ was expressed in both myoma and normal myometrium, but the expression of IGF-Ⅱ in uterine myoma was significantly higher than that in normal myometrium (t = 33.46 , P <0.05). Conclusion: The development of uterine fibroids may be related to the down-regulation of TSP-1 expression and the up-regulation of IGF-Ⅱ expression, which may promote the formation of tumor angiogenesis and promote the cell division and proliferation.
