激光微冲击成形(μLSF)是利用微尺度脉冲激光和材料相互作用产生高幅冲击波压力实现材料微小塑性变形的技术,其综合了激光成形、冲击强化和塑性成形等技术的优点,通过控制激光工艺参数和合理的路径规划获得所需的微观几何形状和表面质量,具有良好的柔性,在材料微塑加工领域具有显著的技术优势。在介绍激光微冲击成形技术原理和特点的基础上,分析了微尺度激光冲击成形中的压力模型、本构模型及其工艺方法,讨论了激光微冲击成形中涉及的关键技术,综述了激光微冲击成形表面的质量及相关性能的研究现状,指出当前激光微冲击成形研究中存在的问题,并对今后的研究做了展望。
Laser micro-impact forming (μLSF) is a technique that uses micro-scale pulsed laser and material interaction to produce high amplitude shock wave pressure to achieve micro plastic deformation of material.
