目的了解潍坊市放射诊断设备运行情况,针对存在的问题提出改进意见,提高放射诊断质量,为放射卫生监管提供参考依据。方法依据和参考国家标准和卫生行业标准进行检测和评价。结果放射诊断设备质量控制检测合格率在80%及以上,二级甲等及三级医院放射诊断设备质量控制检测合格率明显高于二级甲等以下医院,CT质量控制检测合格率均高于90%。结论各级医院应加强对放射诊断设备质量控制检测的重视,放射卫生监管部门应督导基层医院加强对放射诊断设备的维修与更新.
Objective To understand the operation of radiation diagnostic equipment in Weifang City, to put forward suggestions for improvement of the existing problems, to improve the quality of diagnostic radiology and to provide a reference for radiation health supervision. Methods based on reference and national standards and health industry standards for testing and evaluation. Results The qualified rate of quality control test of radiodiagnostic equipment was above 80%. The pass rate of quality control test of radiodiagnostic equipment in two first-class and third-class hospitals was significantly higher than that of second-class and lower-level hospitals. The pass rate of CT quality control test was higher than 90%. Conclusion The hospitals at all levels should pay more attention to the quality control testing of radiation diagnostic equipment. The radiation health supervision departments should supervise the grass-roots hospitals to strengthen the maintenance and updating of the radiation diagnostic equipment.
