Tenascin(TN)是重要的细胞外基质 (ECM)成分之一 ,在组织器官的发生发育中发挥着极其重要的作用 ;其表达具有复杂的时空分布 ,并受多种因素 (细胞因子、激素等 )调节。本文就TN在神经系统、乳腺组织、骨 软骨 骨骼肌系统以及肾脏发生发育过程中的表达及其意义作一简要综述 Tenascin (TN) is one of the important components of extracellular matrix (ECM) and plays an important role in the development of tissues and organs. Its expression is complicated by space-time distribution and is influenced by many factors (cytokines, hormones, etc.) )adjust. In this review, we present a brief review on the expression of TN in nervous system, breast tissue, osteochondral skeletal muscle system and the development and progression of the kidney

2003年,SARS在世界流行,使我们对以预防为主的公共卫生事业和突发卫生事件应急体系的重要性有了深刻的理解.传染性疾病突发事件的发生,一般是从某个社区的局部发生,因得不到有效控制而暴发流行.乡镇卫生院是处理卫生突发事件的关键环节,因此,探讨其在突发卫生事件应急体系中的地位和作用,是十分必要的。
