针对我国已建8.7万多座大坝中约1/3大坝为工程以及在部建一批高坝、特高坝的状,结合大坝建往往注重会经济效益而忽视环境、生态以及我国大坝定检偏重大坝安全等问,出了大坝服役状态评估应遵循会经济效益最大,对环境与生态的负面影响最小或互为和谐共处的原则,应具体考虑会经济效益、大坝安全、环境与生态四个方面.在分会经济效益、大坝安全、环境与生态评估的基础上,评述了大坝服役状态的分方法,进而建立了基于证据理论的层间评估的融合算法和基于模糊数学的模糊合分法,构建了大坝服役状态合评判模型.实例分表明,上述方法可以对大坝的服役状态作出科学评估.
