用荧光光谱滴定法在室温下 pH =7 2的磷酸缓冲溶液中测定了一系列拥有芳香基团的化学修饰 β 环糊精与金刚烷醇形成超分子配合物的稳定常数 .从几种结构因素 ,包括取代基的电子效应和生色团的尺寸以及链长等方面讨论了化学修饰环糊精对金刚烷醇的分子识别机理 .结果表明 :载有正电荷吡啶基的环糊精衍生物能够通过主体环糊精与客体金刚烷醇间的静电相互作用来增强配位稳定常数 ,环糊精的微环境变化对于包结配位反应起着重要作用
Fluorescence titration method was used to determine the stability constants of a series of chemically modified β-cyclodextrins with aromatic groups and adamantanols to form supramolecular complexes in phosphate buffer solution with pH = 7.2 at room temperature.From several structural factors , Including the electronic effects of substituents and the size and chain length of chromophores, discussed the molecular recognition mechanism of adamantanol by chemically modified cyclodextrins.The results showed that the cyclodextrin derivatives containing positively charged pyridyl groups could The coordination stability constant is enhanced by the electrostatic interaction between the host cyclodextrin and the guest adamantanol, and the microenvironmental changes of cyclodextrin play an important role in the inclusion coordination reaction
