目的探讨实施不同压力管理干预措施对三级医院医务人员心理健康的影响效果。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对北京市2所三级综合医院的医务人员进行调查。2次调查期间,对急诊科、重症监护室的人员进行重点干预,对其它人员进行一般干预。结果重点干预组、一般干预组自身前后比较,均无差异(P>0.05)。重点干预与一般干预两组之间干预前后比较,干预前在躯体化、敌对、焦虑、偏执、睡眠饮食、GSI、PSDI上存在统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),在重点干预组比一般干预组分值高;干预后两组之间无差异(P>0.05)。结论采用团体辅导、拓展训练模式,是提高医务人员心理健康的有效措施。
Objective To explore the effect of different stress management interventions on the mental health of medical staff in tertiary hospitals. Methods The self-rating Symptomatic Symptom Scale (SCL-90) was used to investigate the medical staffs in two tertiary hospitals in Beijing. During the two surveys, key interventions were made in the emergency department and intensive care unit, with general interventions for other personnel. Results There was no significant difference between the intervention group and the general intervention group before and after treatment (P> 0.05). There were significant differences in somatization, hostility, anxiety, paranoid, sleep diet, GSI and PSDI before and after intervention (P <0.05, P <0.01) Higher than the average intervention component value; no difference between the two groups after intervention (P> 0.05). Conclusion Adopting group counseling and developing training mode is an effective measure to improve mental health of medical staff.
